Finally, Business Cards!

I finally decided to design my business cards the other day. I have had quite a few people ask for my business card, and I have had to to say the dreaded words "sorry I don't have one yet".  Now I kept on making excuses in my head as to why I didn't have one in the first place.  I have had a couple of reasons (1) no web site (2) no logo (3) no time to sit down and think of a cool design.

Well I decided to just use my blog URL until I can get a web site up and running. If someone is interested in my portfolio, I will just send them my Photoshop Express link. And I had someone else ask me for a card again yesterday and that was the last straw. So here it is my wonderful business card.  Yeah for me!

Jeremy & Heather - Engagement Photo Shoot

About a few weeks ago I shot my first indoor engagement pictures. Usually I shoot outdoors, as I love natural lighting, but Ohio weather does not allow me to shot outdoors all the time.  Luckily the couple wanted very simple pictures. Again I struggled with the poses.  How in the world do you pose a couple that has one very tall individual and one short one! I am really starting to think I need to invest on a class just for posing. Regardless, I thought the series turned out decent and the couple loved the pictures.

This is also the first time I purchased and used Florabella Actions. I just started small and purchased the black and white actions.  I love them!  I am planning on purchasing more in the future and some textures.
